I’m so sorry to see that you’re having such a difficult time with our Dyson Ball Toy. The handle can be tricky to insert, as once it’s in, it is designed not to be removed. You do need to use slightly more force than you would perhaps anticipate. Please see the video at bottom of the product page.

Please be aware we have a fine balancing act to consider when producing a working toy vacuum. We have to produce a toy that is able to pick up, but we also need to be careful with the power of it. Mainly to pass all the stringent safety testing. We cannot have a toy that picks up with too much power; they simply wouldn’t pass the tests. The suction function should be able to pick up small light pieces of paper or polystyrene balls.
These vacuums are suitable for little ones aged 3 and up.
